What are bookbinding rubber bands ?
These are elastic bands used to “clip” the block of a calendar, notebook to prevent it from opening on its own. Thanks to this, the documents stored in it do not fall out.

Products from JDR Technik are characterized by high durability, flexibility and resistance to deformation. This makes them suitable for both mass production (e.g. Peroni Ruggero machines) , as well as for manual bindery.
Flat elastics, made of PE + Latex, braided, elasticity approx. 190%, available in 34 colors.
Thanks to changing fashion, rubbers used in book calendars and notebooks become part and parcel of the printing market . Slightly modified for the needs of this market and adapted for everyday use. Very rich colors makes it easy to adapt the product to the individual needs of the publisher. Color was chosen intentionally to be combined with a series of headbands (art. no. 501-529) and satin ribbons. Today all these three products you will receive at the same color. Rubbers are produced in 3 widths: 5, 7 and 9 mm. Wound onto reels of 200 m.
The colors of the first three columns are available in continuous sale (width 7 mm). Other widths and colors available on request. The minimum order quantity for the remaining colors is 600 m, completion time approx. 5 business days.

The world for calendars, notebooks also already needed a change. For some, one-color rubber bands had already become too monotonous and this needed to be changed and even revived. A great way turned out to be mixing up what was there. New products were made from the colors that were previously available. From now on it is up to you to decide what kind of eraser you want to have on your calendar or notebook, or more precisely in what color combination. Eraser in the colors of our national flag ? No problem, as you can see best in the above photo.
Two-color and three-color erasers can be ordered in the colors available from single-color erasers. They are available in widths of 5, 7, 9 mm. Minimum order quantity of 2,000 mb for a particular design.
Colors available:
A luxurious type of eraser, designed for elegant calendars, notebooks. The eraser is very densely woven which makes its surface very smooth, velvety. The smooth surface makes our erasers suitable for printing such as screen printing. We can achieve interesting solutions by using puffing inks. Another important aspect is the quality of our rubber bands, the amount of raw material used makes it very durable and there is no possibility that the product will wear out during normal use. The color scheme is a continuation of our marketing model. The erasers are consistent in color with our 200 series capitals and 300 and 900 series ribbons. The last two digits of the code denote the color, i.e. the 216 capitals will have a counterpart in the 316, 916 ribbon and 4016 woven rubber. Introducing our new series of calendar, notepad erasers, we have set a standard width of 10 mm which we have in stock and is available from one roll, i.e. 100mb. Other widths of 12 and 15 mm are available on request. MInimum production of 2000 mb +/- 20%.
