BAJA - a product for traditionalists in 100% cotton, without paper carrier, dyed on both sides and refined. An excellent product for the production of boxes, folders, folders and albums, where the material must be characterized by toughness and ease of shaping. BAJA is a good bookbinding material for dry embossing or foil stamping. It is not suitable for offset printing due to its acrylic coating.

Sold in rolls of 100 cm width and 50 mb roll. 

The grammage is 160 gsm.

LEN - natural cotton linen bookbinding canvas, imitating natural flax. The canvas was made on a paper carrier to compensate for the disadvantages of natural raw material. Unlike natural linen, it does not require prior preparation for processing, does not stretch, does not let glue through and can be screen printed or foil stamped. Offset or digital printing is not recommended, as it has small protruding fibers on its surface, which will distort the image. LEN is especially popular among lovers of traditional bookbinding and producers of calendars, notebooks and albums of ecological character.

LEN bookbinding cloth is 4 natural colors, weight 160 gsm, paper base.

TAFTA OFFSET 8100D – bookbinding cloth with a shiny surface. A specific look of material allows to achieve very interesting effects after being offset or digitally printed. Printed painting looks like in 3D. Taffeta is made of fine, shiny fibers of rayon, additionally covered with a special impregnation. Characterized by high durability and great look. Taffeta offset we can achieve the best printing effect.

PERLA OFFSET 8400D – bookbinding cloth made from viscose. PEARL has a very characteristic delicate, fine fiber what lest us achieve perfect grade of cover during printing. PEARL is very durable and its surface has a great enrich properties. Semi-matt surface is adapted to be offset printed. Because of a very attractive price is the best selling material of it’s type.

ZAGIEL 8000D – bookbinding cloth made from rayon, on paper base. Sail cloth is very durable and its surface has a great enrich properties. A matt surface is adapted to be offset printed. The best, natural look visible after being printed.

Printable cloth with three types of textures, varying degrees of gloss and fiber thickness.

ZAGIEL – bookbinding cloth made from rayon, on paper base. Sail cloth is very durable and its surface has a great enrich properties. Sail can be printed on offset, digitally and by screen printing. It can be adorn with any embossing foil or make the blind stamping. We will achieve great results with use of all mentioned technics. The cloth can be used both in manual and machine work. Applied paper base makes the material more rigid and eliminates stretching effect during treatment. Sail will look great on elegant book, calendar, note book or luxury package. It’s not resistant for water and oil effects.

Wikitex - SPIŻ

Wikitex SPIŻ is another novelty in our company's offer of bookbinding cloth. Canvas in metallic colors covered with a layer of acrylic. SPIŻ was created mainly for bookbinding products that are often used, and must be resistant to dirt, such as menu cards, calendars. The material combines the advantages of linen, i.e. durability, elegance and the advantages of vinyl or PU materials, such as resistance to water, grease, etc. We can always clean this type of canvas with a damp cloth.

Wikitex - LEN24

LEN 24 bookbinding cloth, which imitates the appearance of linen, made of polyester. It is extremely elegant and backed with a paper carrier. It requires no prior preparation for processing. It is highly uniform, mechanically strong and dimensionally stable. What's more, apreturized LEN 24 canvas does not absorb dust, which is a significant advantage. LEN 24 apreted canvas covers can be embossed with gold foil, color foil or screen printed.
