The series of products for customers with very high expectations. These headbands are characterized by a relatively thick edge on which is woven into 1.5 mm string. This headband is perfect for large format position as elegant photo albums. Large, round edge of the headband perfectly camouflages the book's back and its inequality, 16 mm wide band allows you to fix the headband easily. Larger surface of sticking is particularly useful when working hand. Headband is not suitable for all types of hard binding machines. Previously, appropriate tests should be carried out. Technologically product is based on a series of a one color headbands (501-530), the same band but at the edge of headband are used two colors of yarn. In addition to the standard color, the customer can order any color scheme, based on the colors used in the series 501-530 . The minimum orders quantity for this type of headband is 1500 m. This series of accessory has been developed primarily for the needs of publishers, notebooks, and books for children.

Produced from specially selected yarn to prevent unwanted phenomena in contact with the paper. Perfect for Kolbus BF machines, Muller Martini Diamant or other machines from known manufacturers. The product is known in the largest Polish and European printing houses. Adheres perfectly to the book block and is not fraying during trimming. Into the edge of headband has been woven a special string that makes the product more convex and masks adhesive layer in the book block. This series was primarily developed to match the color with satin ribbons. Headband art . no. 501 is also available in spools of 500 m.
