The series of products for customers with very high expectations. These headbands are characterized by a relatively thick edge on which is woven into 1.5 mm string. This headband is perfect for large format position as elegant photo albums. Large, round edge of the headband perfectly camouflages the book's back and its inequality, 16 mm wide band allows you to fix  the headband easily. Larger surface of sticking is particularly useful when working hand. Headband is not suitable for all types of hard binding machines. Previously, appropriate tests should be carried out. Typically requires the use of good adhesives. This product is the most elegant finish of a book spine.

A series of very versatile products, suitable for both handcrafting and machine processing. They have gained recognition among printing houses and bookbinders due to the highly glossy edge made from viscose. The product features a colored tape matching the edge color, which helps to conceal errors during the production process. It is characterized by a very high glue absorption when adhering to the spine. It has a wide spine, does not fray during cutting, and is very flexible, making it easier to adhere to heavily rounded spines.

Technologically product is based on a series of a one color headbands (501-530), the same band but at the edge of headband are used two colors of yarn. In addition to the standard color, the customer can order any color scheme, based on the colors used in the series 501-530 . The minimum orders quantity for this type of headband is 1500 m. This series of accessory has been developed primarily for the needs of publishers, notebooks, and books for children.

Produced from specially selected yarn to prevent unwanted phenomena in contact with the paper. Perfect for Kolbus BF machines, Muller Martini Diamant or other machines from known manufacturers. The product is known in the largest Polish and European printing houses. Adheres perfectly to the book block and is not fraying during trimming. Into the edge of headband has been woven a special string that makes the product more convex and masks adhesive layer in the book block. This series was primarily developed to match the color with satin ribbons. Headband art . no. 501 is also available in spools of 500 m.

Headbands are finishing products placed in the spine of a book to decorate it and at the same time to hide the imperfections of a sealed book block.

Our offer of headbands is divided into four groups: stylish, standard, premium and album headbands. The products differ in the thickness of the capital edge, the appearance of the capital edge, and the type of tape. They are available as one-color and two-color products. The most popular series of headbands, as the name suggests, are standard capitals. This is due to the fact that this product has an attractive price and in this series we have the most colors so far. However, attention should be paid to a brand new series of "STYLISH CAPITALS". The product is the most beautiful among the headbands due to its shiny and thick edge at a low price. Another strong advantage of the new bookbinding headbands is the color uniformity with braided and satin ribbons. You will find an identical bookmarks color for each headbands. We may have waited a long time, but we did it.

A brand new series produced based on collected information from printers, publishers and combined with technical knowledge. The product can be said to be old, but in a new edition. Style capitals were created based on standard headbands. We changed the matt yarn for a shiny one, thickened the edge and we have the product everyone has been waiting for. Thanks to these procedures we have beautiful colors of headbands with a nice thick edge. It took a long time, but it worked, we have the perfect product. The most interesting thing in the whole endeavor is the fact that we managed to unify the headbands tals in color with satin and braided ribbons. It can be said that after 10 years of cooperation with you we have a complete product. Today, the most demanding taste will find something to match his book, calendar or notebook. As for the other features, everything has remained unchanged. The headbands can be used on Kolbus BF, Muller Martini Diamant machines or other machines of recognized manufacturers. They adhere perfectly to the book block and do not fray during trimming. Due to the fact that the product is brand new, introduced for sale in the middle of the season, please forgive us at first for the problem of immediate availability.
