VP 60 is a cheaper alternative to GP 2R material and equally durable. The material is made of cellulose and viscose, which makes it very strong, flexible and has very good adhesive properties. VP 60 can also be used on other machines and is suitable for manual work. When working by hand, it can be used interchangeably with bookbinding merle.

mull paper  - 110 gsm (GP2R)

A type of material replacing merla or creped paper, used in modern bookbinding. The base of the product is merla, a bookbinding gauze with fine cotton fiber, backed with lightweight paper. It is ideal for use on Sigloch machines of SB, BBL or other types. Using this type of solution gives us some of the best results in terms of quality and durability of the book. Definitely recommended for volume and heavy publishing items.
